Job Summary:
To meet the growing demand for Airbus Americas transformation and strategy with the current ramp-up of the industrial system in region, the one roof program, and sustainability coordination, the Head of Transformation and Sustainability is seeking a dynamic, organized, and creative Project Manager to:
Manage the Transformation Portfolio and support any coordination activities on transformation projects and activities.
Communicate about the Transformation: expectations, benefits and goals, including building and maintaining the Transformation GSite.
Ensure the timely execution of the Transformation Portfolio
Support Transformation change and development as necessary
Primary Responsibilities:
Regional Transformation Portfolio Management 30%
Manage the portfolio of projects and deliver monthly or ad-hoc status reports
Define the framework and tool set to monitor the projects portfolio (routines, dashboard, process, tools) with support of the teams in IM function if/when required
Improve reporting process on transformation portfolio
Project Management: 40%
Lead the deployment of projects within the Transformation plan using the Airbus project management framework
Lead the preparation of the appropriate Project Maturity gates, monitor and track any open actions
Ensure benefits of the projects are realized as planned
Coordinate the deployment of the project when it is managed locally
Increase the Project Management competence maturity in the region
Change Management: 20 %
Create effective communication campaigns to inform the target audiences (executives, managers, and employees) about the transformation's expectations, advantages, and objectives
Coordinate transformative effort planning and organization to maintain initiatives on schedule, including the coordination of the Transformation Network
Create and Maintain the Strategy, Transformation & Sustainability Google Site
Regional Performance management: 10 %
Manage the contributions from the various functions in the regular reporting (monthly and quarterly update) of the top company objectives for the region.
Support transformation adaptation when it is required by the business (digital, sustainability, ramp up).
