JLL Work Dynamics is seeking a versatile individual to support M&A, growth, margin expansion, and other strategic initiatives across Work Dynamics. This analyst role will play a critical role in engaging in early strategic planning for large-scale initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall Work Dynamics strategy, supporting the project team through change management activities, reporting on the progress of in-flight initiatives, and supporting governance activities with leadership from across Work Dynamics. This role will support all activities of the Work Dynamics Strategy team, including strategy, M&A, and large-scale initiatives and will conduct independent and collaborative analysis to enable progress toward the long-term goals for Work Dynamics. This position requires a talented individual whose skillset balances curiosity, problem solving, strategic thinking, a bias toward execution, and comfort with ambiguity while maintaining a JLL client-first mindset.
Responsibilities

- Generate monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports
- Complete and support regular and ad-hoc reporting including informal and formal internal and documents, reports, graphs, charts and presentations.
- Support team’s efforts to develop efficient reporting strategies including automation and simplification of reporting processes while preserving data integrity.
- Organize and maintain team data collection, reporting, and communication.
- Establish relationships with global Work Dynamics Legal, Risk Management, HR, Finance, Commercial, Communications, and other teams to ensure engagement of appropriate parties throughout each priority initiative.
- Support special projects and other functions as required to advanced the objectives of the team

Estimated total compensation ran for this position is:
75,000.00 – 95,000.00 USD per year
The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
