The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist role is a functional role within the Enrollment Operations unit that is responsible for the technical configuration, maintenance and general oversight of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. This individual is responsible for keeping the system clean and free of errors while performing the daily functions to ensure optimal functioning of the tool.

This position will work in collaboration with the Director of Admission Operations to ensure application, forms, events, and mailings are properly functioning. This position will be responsible for enhacing the user experience for both internal and external constituents.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion and clearance of a background check and employment verification.

Provide system administration support for the CRM system, particularly related to user permissions, custom objects, and workflows.

Create, manage, and optimize complex rules, validation rules, and approval processes.

Analyze data through queries and reports to provide insights to the Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management regarding team operations and productivity.

Serve as a Lead Trainer to end-users.

Support the team in daily troubleshooting, bug fixes, and end-user support.

Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials.

Be a culturally competent employee who attends/completes mandatory diversity and inclusivity trainings as provided by the university.

All other duties as assigned by Enrollment Management Leadership.
