INDUSTRIAL PAINTER
Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Industrial Painter for an industrial metal fabrication shop company based in New Orleans East, LA. In this role, you will spray paint metal rods and sheets.

Pay Rate
$15.00-$20.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule and Hours

Monday-Friday and 3 Saturdays per month
Day shift: 7:00am- 3:30pm

Night shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm

Industrial Painter Duties and Responsibilities

Apply a variety of industrial coatings to fabricated metal products
Utilize instrumentation to measure painting parameters to ensure compliance with OEM specifications
Responsible for the application of industrial coatings in confined spaces
Assist to appropriately rig large objects for the purpose of moving them in the process of applying the industrial coatings
Adhere to all OSHA and HazMat Procedures with respect to the storage and handling of materials in the area
Responsible for reporting malfunctions of equipment or processing to the supervisor.

Industrial Painter Qualifications and Requirements

Electronic Hydraulic experience
Basic Mechanical Aptitude
Lift up to 50 pounds (in office assessment will be conducted)
Background check and drug screen required
