Job Abstract

Direct operation of printers for production work.

· Coordination with other production areas to allocate resources to printers under direct supervision.

· Work closely with Quality Inspectors on line set up for proper clearance.

· Organize the workload for maximum utility of the presses.

· Coordinate with Design Specialists with files to use and printers to allocate for proofing.

· Work with the in-house and external maintenance teams to ensure printer uptime.

· Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.

· Monitor stock and make recommendations of supply orders.

· Restock newly received media to appropriate locations, as needed.

· Follow appropriate safety and maintenance procedures for operating equipment.

· Ensure proper print techniques are always followed.

· Demonstrate teamwork through active participation in team and department meetings.

· Provide direction and support during schedule interruptions to accommodate higher priority requests.

· Perform other duties as assigned.
