Position Summary
CVS Health has a dynamic opportunity for a Financial Analyst FP&A LTC to join our dedicated team. In this role you will work in conjunction with the Senior Manager and the Director of Finance, LTC to financially manage the P&L responsibilities for all LTC Pharmacies and provide recommendations to help drive financial results. Responsibilities include:
• Create the delivery and waste budget and forecast for all LTC Pharmacies while being the point of contact for inquiries on updates/changes
• Develop, enhance, and update operational reporting tools and metrics to help drive financial results within the field
• Lead financial savings initiatives throughout the P&L including controllable behavior changes, systemic invoice/billing practices, etc.
• Liaison with the corporate payroll finance team and the LTC Operations team to provide insights and variance analysis for all LTC Pharmacies
• Prepare monthly management financial reporting, including flash reports, risk & opportunities, and other various weekly/monthly requirements
• Participate in the month end close review, with reporting of variances to budget and forecast. Work with accounting to ensure consistent financial reporting
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
• Ability to effectively communicate across many levels of the organization including senior management
• Strong PC skills, including extensive knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent analytical skills, communication skills and the ability to work independently and as a team player
• Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines and to manage multiple projects
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 5+ years related finance or accounting background with budgeting and forecasting experience
• Solid knowledge of accounting and finance principles
Preferred Qualifications
• CVS Financial experience and financial systems knowledge is preferred
Education
• Bachelor’s Degree, with concentration in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field required; and or equivalent work experience.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$54,300.00 - $139,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
