Job details:

Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives to engage and gain their support throughout the change process.

Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track change initiatives.

Make sure current project managers integrate change management strategies into project plans.

Identification and management of change management risks and issues with our internal business partners and clients

Stakeholder engagement activities should be communicated, trained, and evaluated.

Business processes and systems must be aligned and integrated with change initiatives.

Identify potential barriers to change and develop mitigation strategies.

Ensure alignment between project objectives, scope, and schedule for multiple concurrent projects and programs

Evaluation and optimization of change management strategies and interventions.

Develop a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the change management function and throughout the organization.

Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, Master's degree preferred.

7 years of experience managing change projects and programs

Healthcare and/or security experience a plus

OCM, project management, or related certification

Monday.com experience

Expert in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other change management tools.
