Job Abstract

Performance Trust Capital Partners is seeking an intern for our Investment Banking team in 2025. We are pursuing candidates with strong quantitative and analytical skills to be an integral member of deal teams. This internship is an opportunity to work closely with senior bankers in our Houston office, executing transactions and advisory assignments on behalf of the firm’s clients. The individual in this role will gain exposure to clients and the deal process. There is also opportunity to network with fellow interns at various social and educational events.

Responsibilities

· Work closely with senior banker members across geographical regions

· Build and maintain complex financial models

· Research current industry trends

· Conduct due diligence for potential transactions

· Prepare pitch books and presentations for client meetings

· Organize and prepare drafting sessions and road show presentations

· Interact with clients in meetings and throughout live transactions

Qualifications

· Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic performance that demonstrates strong analytical background and quantitative skills

· Interest in financial markets, corporate finance, and/or the banking industry as demonstrated by participation in relevant extracurricular activities

· A quick learner who has a keen interest in the investment banking business

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely

· Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of clients and colleagues

· Enthusiastic team player
