The Associate Program Support Specialist will work directly with staff and the Director of Operations to support center programming. Will coordinate with the Center Director to improve client support and satisfaction.

Essential Duties
Update and create materials and assist with program organization and supervision.
Train and supervise student interns and volunteers.
Assist with intern recruitment, interviewing, and volunteers.
Coordinate Live scan procedures and appointments with Cal State Fullerton Police Department for academic interns and volunteers.
Develop tutoring schedule for interns and assist the Director with intern evaluations.
Perform client formative and summative assessments.
Assist with general Correspondence, such as answering the phone, attending Center activities, and welcoming walk-in clients.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum one (1) year of experience working with children and underserved minorities.
Bilingual: English and Spanish.
Proficient using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
Advanced computer skills.
EDUCATION:
Minimum Bachelors degree in Child and Adolescent degree, Public Health, or related field.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Prolonged sitting in front of computer. Walking, talking, hearing, pulling, bending, may carry 10-15 pounds of objects/material, not exposed to extreme noise level, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands or arms, stoop, kneel, taste or smell.
