Conduct database design and maintenance for Support Officer (OSO) and other required products. Databases will be in Microsoft Access and/or SQL Server, or other similar product.
Maintain and potentially modify production database(s) with track production of OSOs or other products and allow for review and analysis of production metrics. Reviews and analyzes production metrics
Conduct database performance tuning through query modification
Coordinate with customers, software developers, and data scientists to understand and implement datasets to support analysis for DO activities
Coordinate with Chief Information Office (CIO) for changes or additions to agency servers or data
Design, implement, and maintain user interfaces for databases.
Track products to ensure they meet DO Offices’ production goals
Be responsible for identifying collecting and analyzing key performance indicators and producing customer reports on DO production for internal and external customers
Qualifications

Have at least 8 years of relevant/applicable work experience experience.
Additional year of experience my be considered in lieu of degree.
Hold certification in one of these areas: Microsoft Access, SQL Server, or NoSQL database Management,
Experience using descriptive and multivariate statistic procedures to analyze quantitative data using SpotFire, SPSS, Excel, or equivalent program.
Experience providing support to HUMINT operations
Have at least two years’ experience programming, operating, and maintaining databases (e.g.SQL Server and/or Microsoft Access).
Have experience in MS technologize such as vb net
Have at least two years’ experience applying quantitative and qualitative research methods, including data mining and analysis.

Target Salary Range
$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
