The RIT consists of Industry Executives and Practice Leads, as well as a build team that includes Technical Program Managers and Solutions Architects to bring customer's use cases to life and to others via scaling mechanisms.
As an Industry Executive for Federal Healthcare covering the DoD and Google Public Sector, you will leverage existing relationships with C-level executives, develop new relationships, and act as a trusted business partner with an understanding of agency issues and goals. In this role, you will guide Google’s DoD strategy and promote products to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000-$164,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Leverage your existing network of senior executives within DoD customers and continue building strategic partnerships at the highest levels to solidify Google's position as a trusted technology provider.
- Act as a thought leader in the DoD sector; collaborate with Sales, Customer Engineers, and Google Partners to pinpoint and secure business opportunities, tailoring solutions based on your sector expertise.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the evolving DoD landscape, including technology priorities, strategic initiatives, and the evolving regulatory environment; guide Google's strategy accordingly.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience working with government healthcare entities such as Veterans Affairs Administration (VA) and Defense Health Agency (DHA).
- 10 years of experience in managing technology procurement processes or overseeing technology implementation projects within governmental agencies, public sector organizations, or regulated environments.
- Experience in business development establishing relationships with senior-level decision-makers across public sector entities.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience influencing the direction of strategic initiatives, technology adoption, and funding allocation.
- Experience evaluating vendors, making key procurement decisions, and shaping internal policies or procedures that impact operations.
- Experience with sales, engineering, and customer technical leads, including inventorying existing software estate, and building business cases for digital transformation.
- Knowledge of Google Cloud or other cloud-based technologies.
- Understanding of the Federal Healthcare technology landscape, including knowledge of current pain points, emerging technologies and potential opportunities for innovation.
