As Salesforce Technical Architect, you’ll be responsible for steering the technical direction of Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring architectural integrity, and designing sophisticated solutions that align with business objectives. This role is critical in constructing and delivering comprehensive integration solutions, including both ETL processes and API development to seamlessly connect Salesforce with various external systems, databases, and applications.

What you’ll do:
- Technical Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of sophisticated Salesforce solutions, orchestrating both the development team and integration strategies to meet our complex business needs.
- Experience Cloud Solutions: Utilize Experience Cloud to develop community portals, partner channels, and customer platforms that offer rich, interactive experiences.
- ETL and API Architecture: Develop and maintain an architecture that supports efficient ETL processes and robust API connections, ensuring data flows seamlessly between Salesforce and external systems.
- Development Oversight: Drive the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, while upholding best practices in coding, security, and maintenance.
- Technical Strategy: Formulate a comprehensive technical strategy that incorporates development, integration, ETL, and API management to enhance our Salesforce platform's capabilities.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Data Management: Ensure high data quality and integrity within Salesforce by enforcing proper data management and governance practices.
- Security and Compliance: Champion security best practices and compliance throughout all Salesforce solutions, integrations, and data handling procedures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across business units to align Salesforce development and integration initiatives with broader organizational goals.
- Innovation and Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of the curve with Salesforce technologies, integration trends, ETL methodologies, and API advancements to drive innovation within the team and the organization.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain
- Bachelor’s degree – Computer Science, or related field.
- At least one of the following certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Solution Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I and II
- 4+ years of experience with Apex, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration tool, and the Lightning Component framework
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, implementing Salesforce solutions, including Experience Cloud
- 4+ years of experience with data modeling, data migration and design of scalable data architectures
- 4+ years of experience developing and deploying custom business logic and custom interfaces using the Lightning Platform
