The Role
Four Seasons Hotel New York is searching for an Executive Steward who will oversee all facets of the Stewarding Department.
The manager ensures proper usage and preventative maintenance of all machinery and equipment used in the Stewarding Department. In addition, the Manager coordinates, hires, trains, disciplines, and supervises the Stewarding staff.
What you will bring
We are looking for individuals who have prior knowledge of kitchen and floor cleaning equipment
Management experience in working with banquets, restaurants, kitchens, or as an Assistant Executive Steward.
A minimum of two to three years of experience in a related position is preferred
Degree in Hospitality Management is preferred, however, not essential with relevant experience.
Prior New York experience is preferred
Prior Union experience is beneficial

Schedule
This is a full-time position (on-site)
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, and the ability to work morning, afternoon and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
