Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and in office one day per week). Ideal candidates will live within 50 miles of one of our Pulse Point locations in Atlanta, GA, Woodland Hills, CA, Denver, CO, Wallingford, CT, Chicago, IL, Louisville, KY, Manchester, NH, Iselin, NJ, New York, NY, Cincinnati, OH, Mason, OH or Richmond, VA.
The Business Information Consultant is responsible for serving as an expert in data analysis, reporting and formulating recommendations and providing guidance to other data analysts. This role will be a utility player with automation and coding experience and will leverage data and technology to find new ways to approach how we work. This position will work across the team and key stakeholders to uncover pain points and then build solutions or re-engineer processes to revolutionize how we operate.

Provides analytic consultation to other business areas, leadership, or external customers.
Provides data analysis and reporting which encompasses a much higher level of complexity.
Makes recommendations based upon data analysis.
Analyzes data and summarizes performance using summary statistical procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a BS/BA degree in related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
Experience working with online relational data platforms, such as Airtable, or other online SaaS tools strongly preferred.
General developer experience (e.g. Python, SQL, JavaScript) strongly preferred.
Aptitude and mindset for operational rigor such as challenging the status quo and continually looking for ways to improve how work is done strongly preferred.
Prior experience being proactive and organized along with having a strong attention to detail preferred.
Strong project management, analytical and problem-solving skills preferred.
Highly collaborative and team focused preferred.
Experience working with key systems (Airtable, Adobe Campaign, Siebel, Salesforce) preferred.
Familiarity with high-performing virtual workforce preferred.
Experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and statistical software preferred.
Ability to manipulate large sets of data preferred.
