As a Finance Management Operations Lead, Group Finance, you will support the execution of management processes including portfolio management support, the value realization process and reporting. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders and be responsible for consolidating and synthesizing information for various audiences. You will contribute to optimizing management processes with a lens on innovation and efficiency.
You will
- Maintain a streamlined governance model for tracking and reporting on cost/value of the Group Benefits portfolio of initiatives.
- Support annual and continual planning of new work in partnership with key stakeholders and cross functional teams.
- Effectively support resource capacity planning to ensure execution commitments are met.
- Manage the inputs for business cases for Group Benefit Finance.
- Prepare financials for initiatives, in partnership with FP&A, Corporate Finance, Technology and Group Benefits business.
- Consolidate status reporting of Group Benefit Finance initiatives.
- Maintain the communication strategy for Group Benefits Finance.
- Support the development and tracking of value realization.
You have
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related area.
- 10+ years of relevant experience with minimum of 5 years in the insurance industry.
- Demonstrated a sense of high-urgency and bias for action.
- Ability to drive change and innovation.
- Proven ability to quickly grasp new concepts/requirements and related product/functional knowledge.
- Analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated financial reporting and analysis capabilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in redefining processes and solutions.
- Communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships, influence others and work effectively in a matrixed organization.
Location
- Primary location is NY – Hudson Yards office, but can also be located in Bethlehem, PA or Holmdel, NJ or any of our regional offices.
Salary Range
$99,190.00 - $162,955.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
