This role is responsible for ongoing support of the Employee Central global HR system. This person will collaborate with HR Solutions, GIT, GSSO and our external IT partner to implement new system functionality and troubleshoot system issues. Key support areas include Employee Central, Integration, Reporting/People Stories, Data Replication and Data Governance.
What you'll do:
- Supporting the transition and ongoing support of HR integrations to internal applications and external vendors and systems from on-premise SAP to Employee Central
- Developing a comprehensive testing strategy for HR integration testing in close collaboration with the HR Solutions, GIT HR and GSSO HR teams
- Creating testing plans and timelines aligned with internal and external stakeholders
- Developing detailed test scripts
- Coordinating testing with internal HR teams and external vendors
- Troubleshooting and resolving Data Replication issues resulting from replication of data from Employee Central to the on premise SAP HR system
- Supporting the transition of HR operational reports from Canvas/Ad Hoc in Report Center to SuccessFactors People Stories and providing ongoing support
- Assisting with management of backlog of post go-live Employee Central enhancements
- Prioritizing enhancements based on defined criteria
- Gathering and documenting detailed business requirements for system changes
- Coordinating testing internally with GIT/GSSO HR partners, and local HR teams
- Ensuring that all timelines and deliverables are met
- Providing project management support where required
- Keeping current on external HR technology trends
- Supporting end user training and change management as needed

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years experience supporting technology related projects in the HR space
- Expertise in various SuccessFactors modules and other software testing
- Experience in conducting complex end-to-end testing with various stakeholders
- Experience in working with HR reporting and integration
- Experience as project team member or lead
- Strong computer skills, communication, analytical, relationship building and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in Google applications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects responsibilities simultaneously
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $81,200.00 - $119,700.00 USD
Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:
- Insurance: Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.
- Retirement Plans: Employees are eligible to enroll in Colgate's 401(k) plan, which provides for company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements
- Vacation/PTO: Employees receive a minimum of 15 days of vacation/PTO leave annually
- Paid Holidays: Employees receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually
- Paid Sick Leave: Based on location and consistent with applicable state and local law, employees receive a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave on January 1st of each year
- Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take up to eight weeks of paid parental leave and 12 weeks of unpaid leave (varies for employees with fewer than 12 months of service and is subject to hours worked requirements)
