Caldwell University invites applications for a full-time Assistant Vice President for Marketing and Communications. Developing, implementing, evaluating and refining a comprehensive marketing strategy for the University. Driving the implementation of the plan across multiple channels such as; website, social media and advertising. Conducting market and peer research in order to ensure that Caldwell is gaining a competitive edge across its competitors. Using innovative marketing strategies to build relationships, enhancing institutional reputation, and strengthening the Caldwell University brand. Directing the daily activities at the Office of Communications to achieve maximum impact with various constituencies, including students and potential students, the campus community and the larger community. Building a culture of collaboration with internal parties and university administration. Supervising the communications functions within the University. Serving as a communications advisor to the President and Vice President. Supporting the Office of the President including reviewing external communications and advising on social media. Managing, supporting and motivating employees in Web support, social media, enrollment marketing, brand marketing and internal communications with an indirect working relationship with the Director of Athletic and Media Relations. Overseeing and ensuring timely executive of the conceptualization, development, creation, design, and fulfillment of all graphic advertising of all University print and digital collateral, including, but not limited to, brochures, viewbooks, pamphlets, email, digital marketing, and web content in order to be ready for print. Overseeing internal and external key vendor relationships to ensure maximum performance from purchase services and tracking effectiveness. Ensuring that Caldwell is receiving the lowest, highest quality print materials by bidding out vendors. Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field is required. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in strategic marketing communication. Must also demonstrate knowledge and expertise in communications and marketing strategy. To apply:
