About the Role: Grocery Outlet Inc. seeks a Data Quality Program Manager in Snoqualmie, WA. Res. for end-to-end planning and implementation of enterprise data quality program to support business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities Include:

• Developing a prioritized data quality improvement project roadmap and long-term improvement strategy.
• Implementing best practices and growing data quality program.
• Leading projects to improve processes related to product standards and data quality.
• Developing processes to support new product development and change related projects.
• Developing and supporting a team of cross functional power users who manage daily product data needs within their individual business groups.
• Leading the user base through implementation of changes to tools or processes related to product data configuration, evaluation, security, and accessibility.
• Combining data across multiple business systems to support business projects, identifying improvement opportunities, and communicating results.
• Working with multiple departments to ensure centralized data is accurate and available when needed.
• Taking ownership of critical risks and issues, coordinates resolution with all constituents, and establishes effective communication between stakeholders.
• Working closely with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) process owners as well as product implementation teams to define standards, monitor progress, and implement improvements.
• Ensuring data quality action plans are implemented where data fails to meet established data quality standards.
• Establishing and leading an Enterprise Data Quality Committee and related programs to monitor adherence to policies, standards, guidelines and processes used to govern the company’s data effectively and efficiently.

About The Pay:

• Base Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 Annually

About You:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Analytics or related discipline.
• Two (2) years of IT related experience required. Experience must include:
• Experience in establishing and running any of the following programs: data management, data governance, data quality, metadata management, or master data
  management.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide programs, operating and influencing effectively across the organization and within matrixed organizations.
• Experience leading initiatives across multiple groups and stakeholders.
• Experience in integrating complex, cross-corporate processes, and information strategies, and/or designing strategic metrics and scorecards.
• Experience establishing and translating business objectives into actionable solutions.
• Experience interacting with all levels of stakeholders, support personnel and clients (external and internal).
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes and Product Data Management (PDM) applications.
• Experience interpreting data, identifying trends, and communicating insights to business groups.
• Experience leading with multiple project management processes (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Experience supporting enterprise data including master data in SAP.
