Role Overview: As an Operations Manager, you’ll lead and oversee operations across multiple sites. Your mission is to ensure seamless processes, exceptional service delivery, and employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with employees, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

• Develop strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.

• Travel to different locations (approximately 50-60%) to engage with teams and address operational needs.

• Work closely with Jason and assist with janitorial staff management.

Qualifications:

• Background in warehouse and supply chain management.

• Excellent communication skills and a track record of providing constructive feedback.

• Ability to adapt to remote work and occasional travel.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Total Comp: $150,000

• Travel expenses covered (mileage reimbursement, per diem, hotel, and airfare).

• Bonuses, incentives, and profit sharing.
