The Services Business represents over a third of Mastercard revenues and is a key differentiator for Mastercard. Services uses our unique and proprietary data, technology, insights and expertise to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Services is critical for the sustained, long-term growth of Mastercard.
Our Services business focuses on delivering solutions along four main areas – Consumer Acquisition & Engagement, Security Solutions, Business & Market Insights and Open Banking.
Within the Services organization, this role covers the Business & Markets Insights organization in North America. The Business & Market Insights vertical is focused on creating, products and solutions for customers in the areas of Analytics, Insights, Business experimentation, and Payment Consulting & Innovation.? This team is accountable for ensuring we are growing our business in the region through thoughtful product road mapping within the region, influencing global product managers to ensure the solutions in region are effective and partnering with our sales and Client Services teams to bring value added solutions to market.
This role will dually report into the Regional Services Lead and the Global Head of Business & Market Insights.
Overview
This role is responsible for Regional Product Management of the Business & Market Insights solutions and products within our North American region. Responsibilities include:
Owning and driving P&L for all Solutions and products in North America in close coordination with Business & Market Insights business Global Product organization and the regional leads in the market.
Partnering with Marketing to develop product marketing plans and sales materials that takes into account the various segments in the NAM region
Determining and driving forward the product innovation agenda and product road map, including localization needs
Determining the commercialization and GTM strategy for the products and delivering holistic services solutions in the NAM market in close collaboration with the Business & Markets Insights leads
Managing the Studio Process in the region for new products launches
Understanding of competitive landscape and competing solutions
Ensuring successful sales of the product through Mastercard’s sales teams
Ensuring flawless delivery of the product and maintaining the highest standards of quality in our customer relationships
Collaborating with various leaders to ensure support and excitement for existing and new products / solutions

Build strong relationships across Mastercard at all levels
Incorporate a Product Management discipline and effective GTM strategies that will effectively scale Business & Market Insights in NAM
