2 shifts available:

Monday – Saturday 11am – 8pm
Monday – Saturday 10am – 7pm

Off on Sunday and 1 day during the week. Making these positions perfect for the jobseeker who likes to start their workday a little later while enjoying a weekday off.

TRAINING:

To set you up for success the company provides full training on the company product line and procedures. Once training has been completed, you will join the on-call rotation. Additional pay for the on-call period.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year’ experience working in the customer service field (non-retail).
Prior experience in a call center (Inbound & Outbound) preferred.
Must be comfortable navigating multiple computer programs and screens at a time.
Bilingual Spanish / English would be a plus.
Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge needed.
