Alvord Unified substitute teaching requirements:
*30 Day Emergency Permit or California Teaching Credential (Please attach the detailed printout with the document number from the CTC website. Do not attach the certificate.) - If you do not have one at the time of submitting your application, the district can apply for you
*Bachelors Degree from an Accredited Institution
*Passing CBEST Scores (please attach a copy to application); please attach request to apply for permit through coursework if you have not taken/passed the CBEST.
*Sealed Official Transcripts at the time of hire (attach unofficial transcripts on edjoin) Please attach transcripts for all educational institutions if you are requesting a 30 day permit recommendation.
