Work Environment: In-Person
Tasks:
Design reusable and removable insulation blanket systems given a set of customer drawings and specifications
Measure customer’s equipment at the customer’s location
Install blankets on customer’s equipment at the customer’s location
70% of time spent in the field/30% of time in the office
Work with management and inside support team to ensure customer satisfaction
Develop thorough knowledge of company’s products and services
Ability to solve problems and provide client solutions
Must be able to meet deadlines given and respond to requests in a timely manner
Support coordination of work activities with customer
Ability to stay calm in stressful situations, demanding immediate attention
Professional demeanor and appearance
Assist in the development of standard operational procedures as assigned
Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
Ability to supervise small crews of fabricators
Requirements:
At least 3 year of designing insulation blankets experience
Demonstrated ability to lead a small team of technicians effectively
Working knowledge of Word, Excel and internet functions
Experience with AutoCAD a plus
Previous oil & gas experience is a plus
Local and some international travel possible – travel approximately 40% of the time.
Adhere to company safety requirements and customer safety requirements when on customer sites.
