Job Responsibilities
Utilization of internal and external pricing factors to provide strategic pricing guidance (floor, target and opportunity pricing) to sales to optimize margins and reports to business.
Establishes and manages supply / demand planning strategies including product allocation, with operations, supply chain, procurement, and sales in order to maximize commercial results.
Supports new product / application development and commercialization activities in coordination with Commercial and Technical functions.
Drives sustainable sourcing strategies for URE business, working with technical and procurement e.g. qualification of additional sources.
Monitors competitive service levels and updates LXS customer service policy with appropriate stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline (Chemical Engineering / Chemistry / Business / Supply Chain / MBA preferred).
Minimum of five years of experience in product management with clear understanding of product management tools and processes.
Understanding of Polymer Chemistry.
Demonstrated experience in project management and financial analysis, preferrably supporting a manufacturing facility.

The established pay range for this position is $97,600 to $130,000. Please note, the actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
