Summary: Designs, builds, tests, migration coordination, training coordination and customer support (including troubleshooting) for the product development that supports Summa Health. Requires deep dives into the end user workflows of Summa Health. Minimum Qualifications:
1. Formal Education Required: a. Bachelor’s required or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
2. Experience & Training Required: a. Certification for all relevant applications is required to be obtained within 6 months of hire for all application positions, including Epic. b. Two (2) years of experience working with healthcare information systems as an application administrator or operational end user is required.
c. Epic Orders experience is preferred.
3. Other Skills, Competencies and Qualifications: a. Excellent customer service skills. b. Understanding of service line workflows. c. Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple application teams. d. Strong presentation skills. e. Ability to work well independently. f. Excellent organizational skills. g. Strong analytical skills.
4. Level of Physical Demands: a. Light work b. Standing and/or sitting for long periods of time c. Up to 10 pounds of lifting on occasion.$33.66/hr - $50.49/hr
The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay. We believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members when determining offers.
