NBCU’s Commerce Partnerships Team in the Ad Sales Division is an industry leader in creating personalized shopping experiences for viewers leveraging innovative products and first to market commerce strategies. We strive to create authentic connections between brands and our viewers to achieve maximum impact for brand’s discovery, consideration, and conversion. We work closely with our Sales teams to educate and consult on our full suite of Commerce Partnership opportunities.
The Commerce Partnerships specialist will be a key player as we create, implement, and measure unique, first-to-market commerce experiences that span across all categories, from Retail to CPG to Studio, QSR, Pharma and more.
Role & Responsibilities:
· Develop strategic write-ups and presentations to sell-in commerce solutions to external clients and internal stakeholders.
· Drive the execution of commerce enabled ad products for streaming, linear and social activations.
· Manage our best-in-class suite of Commerce Innovation Ad Products and materials, with ownership of the posting all key materials to the internal sales library and asset repository.
· Create compelling presentation materials to promote the awareness of Commerce Best Practices and Best-in-Class Case Studies.
· Drive the coordination and execution of commerce creative and measurement requests, tracking all timelines and schedules from project inception through completion.
· Assist in analyzing and establishing campaign performance benchmarks and client trends to inform commerce client strategies
· Develop and maintain guidelines and product kits for creative executions with new and existing commerce ad products
· Curate and distribute the monthly Commerce Highlights Newsletter to inform key internal stakeholders on the latest trends in the Content & Commerce space.
· Own team meeting notes and circulation of next steps.
· 3-4 years relevant work experience
· Has a passion for the future of advertising, especially where it intersects with content and commerce
· PowerPoint proficiency is a must. Applicant must demonstrate strong ability to present a strategy through visual storytelling.
· High attention to detail and ability to fine tune communications, creative, and process.
· Basic Excel and Outlook proficiency required
· SharePoint and Monday.com experience would be helpful but not mandatory
· Retail or brand marketing experience would be helpful but not mandatory
· Strong organization and project management skills, with an ability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
· Self-starter who is focused on execution, exceeding expectations, and building authentic relationships to consistently overachieve, no matter the task
· A positive attitude and passion for building businesses; entrepreneurial drive and a self-starter mindset
· Professional communication skills; ability to engage with teams and colleagues across teams and titles
· Must be able to work in a hybrid environment in our New York office; on-site Tuesday - Thursday and remote Monday/Friday with flexibility as business needs dictate
Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000
