The Digital Merchandising Manager will help in this vision. This role oversees the processes and management of merchandising the Champs Sports website, acting as a mentor, trainer, and leader to junior and associate level members of the team. This manager will lead the team overseeing overall site merchandising projects and production including strategy, browse category merchandising, filter functionality by category, product recommendation strategies & linking strategies to support marketing efforts. This role is responsible for managing several direct reports and providing guidance and assistance to them. Responsible for filter & facet strategies within all PLP/Category pages to ensure the best customer experience Create product groups to highlight key styles & provide linking strategies to support paid & owned marketing efforts Develop and own product recommendation strategy across all pages within the Foot Locker North America business. Partner with product teams on continual improvements of feature set Accountable for add to cart, conversion and sales goals Proactively manage relationships with product team partners to develop short and long term growth plans. Communicate regularly on business strategies and initiatives. Act as brand stakeholder for all internal business tool improvements and operational communications. Establish cross-functional partnerships with Buying, Operations, Copy, DC/Call Center, SEO/Digital Marketing, Planning, Marketing, Analytics, IT, Product Management, UX/Research, Merchandising, and Creative teams. Qualifications A BS in business-related field is required. Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a retail operations or e-commerce organization. Minimum of 2+ years of experience managing others. Expert level knowledge and experience with web based product, content and catalog management systems. Experience using Analytic tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.) Superior verbal and written communication skills that can be applied inter/intra departmentally to obtain critical information from other teams and among leadership. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools such as Jira and Asana. Strong organizational skills and highly deadline driven. Understanding of online and digital marketing channels. Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and projects and quickly shift priorities. Demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment. Ability to see big picture as well as dive into the small details. Benefits The annual base salary range is $83000 - $105000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
