We are hiring associates to provide front-line customer service, focusing on preventing shrinkage and loss.

In this role, you will provide front-line customer service with a focus on preventing shrinkage and loss at the store location. You will help maintain store stock, rotate merchandise, and keep records. You'll help represent the agency to the public through your actions and friendliness and be in a key position in developing ongoing customer relations. You will help handle donations on the sales floor and work with store management to address loss prevention and safety issues to resolve theft and loss prevention concerns. Assists with basic store janitorial duties such as sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, etc.

Essential Functions:

• Ensures a positive donor and customer experience. Supports the store's success by welcoming and engaging guests and team members as they enter the store.
• Assists the management team in maintaining a safety-focused culture by assessing and addressing physical safety concerns throughout the store.
• Works with store management and loss prevention team to effectively respond to and accurately document security incidents.
• Works with loss prevention to understand and exhibit de-escalation techniques when addressing customer concerns to ensure a safe and secure environment for the store.
• Assists in stock rotation, merchandise racks, shelves, and other displays in a presentable manner.
• Assists store team leadership in the training of new personnel.
• Assists in maintaining a clean store, cleaning shelves, dusting, vacuuming floors, and cleaning windows and mirrors.
• Assists in compliance with policies and procedures, as well as safety or security measures.
• Other duties as assigned.
