As a Conference and Event Planner / Coordinator for the Strategic Technical ARPA-H Talent Support (STATS) Program at Noblis. You will be part of our Health Solutions account team, where you will leverage your Event planning and Project Management skills to work with an exceptionally talented and high-performing team on challenging and cutting-edge healthcare projects.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the process for the identification and acquisition of meeting locations for a wide range of meetings including:
- 10-20 person closed door strategic meetings
- 100-250 person technical workshops and project meetings
- 1000+ attendee conferences
- Communicate meeting requirements to venues during acquisition process to ensure best value to the government
- Serve as on-site liaison with venue
- Manage on-site support at meetings to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify and communicate meeting requirements with additional vendors (e.g., Audio/Visual,poster boards, food and beverage, etc.) to ensure best value to the government
- Work with Noblis contracts department to secure contracts for venues and vendors
- Manage customer conference schedule, coordinate conference registrations, and coordinateshipment of display booth and other materials
- Coordinate review and updating of display booth and conference materials
