Pay: $20.00 / hour
This position is at a site that is under development in the downtown area. It requires vehicle patrol, foot patrol of empty historical buildings, walking on uneven ground, working in all weather elements. Dealing with trespassers and the unhoused. Ideal candidate will be able to work swing shift without issues of sleeping on post, being late to shifts, being absent, and able to safely navigate the property as required by post orders in patrol vehicle and on foot. Ideal candidate will have a valid California Driver's License, with good driving record (no more than one point and no DUIs), they will also be able to complete activity reports and incident reports on a company mobile device without issues. If selected the schedule would be Wednesday through Sunday 1500-2300hrs.
As a Security Patrol Driver, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more.
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
