Position: Senior Manager, Campaign Optimization
Job Location: 850 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066
Duties: Dive deep into large-scale data for search ads to uncover trends and identify key insights to drive optimization strategies using Tableau. Establish team goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and help the team to execute, measure progress, and share results. Monitor the performance of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display. Drive activities to improve the performance for optimal Returns on Investment (ROI) and client satisfaction. Analyze search campaign performance against client KPIs and report on trends and insights to key stakeholders. Contribute data driven insights to help develop successful sales strategies and brand performance. Communicate recommendations to campaign management based on research and analysis. Define metrics needed to measure the performance of the team and evangelize with leadership and cross-functional teams. Continuously foster the skills of Partner Optimization Specialists and stakeholders by driving participation in ongoing trainings and workshops. Help establish business plan objectives with Partner Development Managers and Technical Solution Specialists. Explore automation solutions to minimize turnaround times for optimization tactics. Define performance and optimization processes, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and best practices. Build and maintain knowledge base of workflows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), case studies, and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). Liaise with senior client stakeholders and aim for high client satisfaction and retention. Work with cross-functional teams to identify new growth opportunities. Be accountable for thought leadership activities with clients and internal teams. Recruit and mentor a team of Partner Optimization Specialists. Supervise three (3) (Manager(s), Campaign Optimization).
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or the equivalent in Digital Media, Advertising, Marketing, Communication, Engineering Management, or related area and 2 years of experience in programmatic advertising, digital media, business development, market development, or related area; OR Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Digital Media, Advertising, Marketing, Communication, Engineering Management, or related area and 4 years of experience in programmatic advertising, digital media, business development, market development, or related area.
Skills required: Experience with Sponsored Advertising and Retail Media. Experience querying and extracting data in SQL for ad hoc data analysis. Experience presenting insights using data visualizations in Tableau. Experience contributing to ad revenue growth by utilizing key insights and driving optimization recommendations. Experience with People Management. Experience building dashboard pipelines. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
Salary Range: $132,475/year to $234,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.? Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
