• You will report into and collaborate with the Senior Design of Men’s Tops, working on both the Outerwear and Woven Shirts categories.
• Develop seasonal concepts and sketch new designs for Men’s Outerwear and Woven Shirts.
• Has an elevated sense of style, aesthetic, and color and understand how to translate trends through the lens of the customer and brand filter.
• Understand current selling and consumer mindset when developing into future trends.
• Sustain effective partnerships with Merchandising, PD, and Sourcing to provide a collaborative and productive team.
• Assist Senior Designer in sketching, tech pack creation, and trend forecasting.
• Partner with Production and Tech Design to create tech packs and communicate vision behind fit and product design, ensuring execution, quality, and desired margin targets are achieved.
• Owns development from fabric, to trim, to wash, including entering into tech packs.
• Inputs BOMs into PLM and maintaining BOM updates

• Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Design, or a combination of college education and industry related work experience may be used as a substitute
• 3+ yrs experience as a designer, responsible for all facets of design. 
• In-depth understanding of textiles and product development; working knowledge of garment construction (especially outerwear), outerwear fabric construction, technical fabric attributes, woven fabric constructions, fabric finishing techniques, and processes. 
• Working knowledge of men’s fit, silhouette, color, print and pattern and trims
• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Teams, Sharepoint and PLM
   

The expected starting salary range for this role is $77,300 - $120,000.We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
