Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our team in Society Operations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building great products that solve customer problems and drive business objectives. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver innovative and high-quality products that delight our customers and members. Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market insights and business objectives.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate product vision into actionable plans and prioritize features and enhancements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business goals.
Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on product features to continuously improve user experience.
Define and track key metrics to measure product performance and success.
Communicate product updates and roadmap to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Act as a subject matter expert and advocate for the product internally and externally.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product as well as experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
Experience with end-to-end product delivery and developing detailed business requirements, user stories, and product specifications.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.
Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools.
Passion for technology and innovation, with a deep understanding of product management best practices
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
Establish and measure KPIs that bring transparency to product success and business value delivered to key stakeholders.
Oversee and owning the overall product development and delivery
Write compelling product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, hypotheses and success metrics for new product features or enhancements and bring clarity to what needs to be built, for whom, and why.
Ensure Transparency with all stakeholders and elicit feedback frequently to ensure the product direction matches changing business needs.
