Job Summary
Under the direction of the Superintendent or designee, the Program Specialist PBIS is responsible for the overall management of the PBIS framework for the District. This includes providing training and technical assistance to school teams in order to maintain and develop school-wide PBIS systems, as well as supporting functional behavioral analysis and behavior improvement plans for general and special education students. This position also provides consultative and direct instructional and behavioral services to students, including those who receive special education services.

The Mill Valley Elementary School District is a K-8 public school district located in Southern Marin County, California serving Mill Valley and the immediate surrounding area. The District includes five K-5 elementary schools and one 6-8 middle school. All schools are ranked at the highest statewide levels and each individual school features its own unique community.
