What Your Impact Will Be:
- Trade spend (Sales adjustment, Discount from Invoice) management including quarterly forecast and tracking of actual spend against budget
- Oversee customer deductions and addressing customer post audits on timely basis and reconciliation between Oracle and TPM
- Provide analysis on promotion deals, financial insights and scenarios planning to support decision making
- Provide analysis on customer profitability and return on investment of trade spend
- Develop trade spend dashboard - tracking of spend against budget
- Lead quarterly trade spend review meeting with Sales team
- Analyze and summarize monthly financial results against forecast
- Provide weekly update on close outs tracking to sales team
- Oversee environmental and treasury reporting
- Preparation of weekly and periodic sales reporting analysis
- Provide process improvements within areas of responsibility
- Ensure control environment is operating effectively and partner with Internal Audit on SOX controls and other key deliverables
- Other ad-hoc requests and projects as required
Annual base salary for this position is $120,000.
What We’re Looking For:
- CPA designation
- 5+ years of experience in accounting/commercial finance
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in trade spend/commercial finance in a packaged goods industry
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes
- Experienced with Microsoft Office applications (advanced Excel), along with working knowledge of Oracle, HPT, TPM, Cognos tools an advantage
- Must be a team player capable of adapting and performing effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Able to develop strong working relationships across cross functional teams
- Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.
