The Product Operations team sits within the Global Sales Activation (GSA) team, and is responsible for leading sales tools strategy across business operations, governance, legal compliance, sales enablement, and measurement and analytics. As a Strategy and Operations Senior Associate in the Global Sales Activation organization, you will work with business executives and key leaders on critical business projects. You will work cross-functionally with key partners across global product leads for external and internal systems, product management, engineering, marketing, risk, compliance, legal, and finance.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Communicate data-driven recommendations to leadership and to the broader organization by preparing polished presentations and identifying key takeaways.
- Define plans and roadmaps and align cross-functional stakeholders to drive successful implementation of change initiatives.
- Develop clear and compelling communications for business stakeholders.
- Own strategic initiatives and work collaboratively across the global organization.
- Identify opportunities to drive value through change management, process improvements, and driving operational excellence.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working across cross-functional environments.
- Ability to deliver creative marketing achievements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with multiple diverse stakeholders across businesses, leadership, and teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, execution, attention to detail, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
