Position Overview
Fulfillment Operations Analyst needs to be insightful, detail-oriented analyst who will work with our internal departments and management team as they collect and review data and use findings to optimize processes and develop stronger, more effective business strategies. The analyst will use creativity and technical skills to locate data sources, mine, review, validate, protect, and store data, identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and use findings to develop strategies to reduce costs, improve processes and practices, and increase efficiency, quality, security, and consistency. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
·Creating & maintaining Microsoft Access Databases
·Evaluate reporting and data to identify trends and communicate potential risk and opportunities. Pulling and analizing data from WM and other various systems.
·Work with cross functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
·Meet with individuals to gather reporting and project requirements
·Develop detailed project plans and communicate project statuses
·Provide ad-hoc data analysis and business support
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
·Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Access & Visual Basics
·Strong knowledge of PKMS software system, and working knowledge of how it works in each operations sub-area.
·Ability to complete complex tasks with minimal supervision and a sense of urgency
·Career oriented individual with a strong work ethic and proven track record
·Strong leadership, analytical and project management skills
·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
·Demonstrated ability to share information and present data in an organized fashion
·Possess ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
·Advanced PC skills are a must: Access, Excel (Pivot Tables), Outlook, PowerPoint
·Understanding of Supply Chain and Warehouse operations a plus
