We’re actively seeking a talented Salesforce Senior Systems Analyst to join our Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE). This is a hybrid role with the expectation of at least 2 days per week in the Newport Beach, CA office.
As a Salesforce Senior Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in Pacific Life’s growth and long-term success by working closely with our Workforce Benefits Division stakeholders to outline and understand the CRM vision for this new division at Pacific Life. You will fill a role that sits on a team of ~20 people in the Salesforce CoE. Your colleagues will include analysts, developers, and fellow Salesforce professionals who support sales, service, and marketing teams across Pacific Life.
How you will make an impact:
Gather and understand business stakeholder needs. Clearly define current and to-be business processes. Document business and solution requirements
Represent business stakeholders in the planning and analysis of solutions to meet business needs
Collaborate with product owners, business leader, and technical team members to solve business problems with Salesforce solutions
Assist in defining required features and mapping Salesforce features to client business processes
Show your proficiency with the Salesforce platform, including ability to perform basic Salesforce configuration, lead development of Proof of Concept (POC) solutions, and demo software features and capabilities to business stakeholders
Perform QA testing for iterative development cycles across various Salesforce projects
Provide excellent customer support to internal application users, including managing and supporting production issues and requests, research and troubleshooting data issues, and supporting new user onboarding and training
The experience you bring:
5+ years of experience in translating business needs into effective software solutions, in the role of a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, or Experience Clouds.
Ability to understand business concepts and evaluate the impact of business changes on systems
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills, working in an Agile software delivery model
Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently

Achieved or in the process of earning Salesforce certifications

Base Pay Range:
The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
$108,000.00 - $132,000.00
