Job Abstract

Position Objective:

The Program Coordinator is an on-site administrative leader for the Luminis Health School Based program, coordinating different aspects of practice operations.

Essential Job Duties:

1. Maintains master list of students in the program.
2. OverseesLuminis Health staff in the performance of their duties.
3. Maintain schedule for the programming. Maintains coordination of activities with the various schools.
4. Motivatesand encourages participation through appropriate weekly communication (email, phone, one-on-one)
5. Monitorsand handles participant questions/issues
6. Under consultation with the leadership team, evaluates and improves the program.
7. Acts a resource to marketing in developing strategies for promotion of programs. Manages advertising and marketing
8. Manages inventory of products and office supplies. Stocks and prints supplies(brochures, start up materials, adapting packets, orientation packets,physical packets, etc.)
9. Organizes group classes and maintains applicable lesson plans and serves as Liaisonwith Education community. \
10. Maintains the collection, monitoring base, evaluates and reports specific data for the program.

Educational/Experience Requirements:

Required Minimum Education.

The minimum level of education for this position includes:

• High School Diploma orequivalent
• Preferred college coursework in related field.

Required Minimum Experience:

• Experience in a professional environment required.
• 3 to 4 years of supervisory experience preferred.

Required License/Certifications:

• Current CPR Certification

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Ability to work in anorganize and independent manner and make judgment decisions.
• Efficient computer skills required.
• Must have excellentcommunication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to interact with all levels of personnel.

Working Conditions, Equipment, Physical Demands:

Light work.Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work.
