We are currently seeking an Industrial Mechanic III who will be responsible for Ensuring that all engineered systems are maintained, the preventative maintenance program is carried out and is part of a team that installs, tests and verifies the proper operation of manufacturing equipment. This role will be responsible for assembling parts, installing process piping and servicing equipment like motors, blowers and pumps.
What we’ll get you doing:
- Trouble shoot and correct equipment issues, perform routine & non-routine preventive maintenance, and maintain all documentation of work performed to be able to update the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) with the appropriate information
- Set up and changeover equipment in accordance with manufacturing recommendations and with all the required safety protocols in place.
- Work with vendors and contractors to perform installations and carry out maintenance work
The essential requirements of the role include:
- Minimum of a 2-Year associate degree in the mechanical field.
- 2+ years as a maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment, preferable from the Pharmaceutical, Beverage or Food industry
- Strong background and knowledge in mechanical, pneumatics, and pump repair
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Preventative maintenance best practices
Job is 100% on site and will involve evening or weekend work as needed (OT).
The hourly range for this role is $36-$43/hr. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
