The selected candidate will serve as a system and network administrator for multiple program and internal R&D systems that support the research and development activities carried out by ACL’s engineers and scientists. These systems collectively comprise 75+ servers and associated network devices, workstations, and application-specific hardware. ACL's systems generally include Windows, Linux, and VMware vSphere/ESXi machines running COTS, FOSS, and bespoke applications. ACL’s systems rely heavily on Python to automate processes.

* Developing solutions to system security needs that meet customer security requirements without negatively affecting program performance, or if security requirements cannot be met, developing technical and/or procedural mitigations to minimize residual risk due to the unmet security requirements.
* Day-to-day administration of ACL information systems, to include monitoring for hardware and software failures, troubleshooting, Microsoft patch management, and anti-virus definition updates.
* Inventorying government furnished equipment incorporated into information systems. * In-depth systems administration experience with Windows client and server operating systems and Active Directory
