Required:
At least one of the following is required: LCADC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist, Advanced Practice Nurse
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience
Applicant will be required to complete the NJPN Peer Supervision Training within 6 months of hire date

Essential Functions:
Offer both individual and group supervision as per guidelines set forth by NAADAC and state entities, which include but not limited to:

Identifying role difference, role drift and scope of peer work

Performing Administrative Duties
Be available or name an alternate Supervisor for support
Complete and maintain Supervision Agreement with Peer Support Specialist to be reviewed and revised annually
Communicate with operational leadership regarding performance and concerns
Maintain and furnish up to date supervision files, including but not limited to documentation of both individual and group sessions, CSS surveys, and attendance reporting
Maintain an active professional license and remain in good standing with the licensing board
Perform other duties as assigned
