Product Development Assistant, Socks

Bombas is a comfort focused premium basics brand with a mission to help those in need. We are looking for a highly organized and curious team player to join our Sourcing Team as our Product Development Assistant, Socks, reporting directly to our Sr. Manager of Product Development, Socks. The ideal candidate has 0-1+ years of experience. This is an opportunity to learn the foundations of product development.

• Sample tracking and receiving to ensure seasonal deliverables for GTM (Go To Market) milestones
• Manage our seasonal lab dip approval process
• Data entry and integrity in our PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system
• Daily communication with our overseas vendors
• Maintaining in house development libraries
• Receiving merchandise from vendors and distributing these boxes to teams

• Highly organized and deadline oriented
• Curious to learn about product development processes and sock constructions
• Quick learner for new systems and processes
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• A team player who is willing and happy to help
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

The pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $50,000 and $57,000/year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, market factors, and business need.

The Bombas total rewards package offered for this position may also include other elements, such as annual bonus and equity target award opportunities as well as medical, financial, and well-being benefits. Additional details of these benefits will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment.
