The Marketing Manager directs all aspects of the marketing department and devises strategies to enhance business capacity, engage customers effectively, and foster membership growth. The ideal candidate is successful marketing leader with product or retail background who knows how to create a vision for the organization’s marketing and brand strategy, with competency in project and stakeholder management.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Evaluate the performance of current company marketing campaigns and strategies using key performance metrics.
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities, client needs, and competitive trends, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with executive leaders and departments to develop and implement strategic marketing and promotional campaigns.
Manage public relations initiatives to enhance the firm's visibility and reputation, cultivating positive relationships with media and key stakeholders.
Direct online marketing efforts, including website management, social media engagement, and online advertising, to reach and engage target audiences.
Develop and manage the marketing budget, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
Coordinate and execute firm events, sponsorships, and community outreach programs to strengthen the firm's market presence.
Maintain current knowledge of industry regulations and ensure marketing activities are compliant.
SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
4+ year’s progressive experience in marketing or advertising.
Or, 1- 2 years of experience and a marketing or public relations degree.
3+ years' management experience.
1+ years’ spokesperson or media liaison experience.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of current marketing techniques and best practices.
