Who You Are:
As the Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator, you will provide administrative support for the Global Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion teams across Versace, Jimmy Choo, and Michael Kors. You thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment with strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills. You have the ability to build relationships and drive people to ensure deadlines are met.
What You’ll Do:
Provide administrative support for a Global team of Corporate and Field Recruiters as well as the Diversity & Inclusion team
Facilitate candidate analytics, candidate travel arrangements, executive interviews, meetings with vendors and technology/equipment requests
Partner with Learning & Development team to ensure new hires are scheduled for orientations.
Prepare weekly global staffing reports for Corporate and Retail in partnership
Prepare quarterly, annual, and monthly hiring metrics including but not limited to: Time to Fill, Top Sources of Hire, LinkedIn Usage, Turnover, using Workday & Excel
Own coordination of TA Trainings with scheduling, strong follow up, and clear communication
Active involvement in Candidate Experience team
Learn and master our Applicant Tracking System (Workday)
Schedule, coordinate, prepare for, and support the facilitation of Talent Acquisition team meetings and events weekly, monthly, and annually
Manage all Temporary & Freelance Labor which includes tracking, reporting, partnership with agencies, facilitating IT and first day set up, and terminations
Partner with recruiters to source for talent (corporate and field)
Recruitment for entry level talent (corporate and field)
Assist stores with posting LinkedIn requisitions as needed
Participate in recruitment events for Corporate and Retail, including but not limited to: Career Fairs, On-foot Recruitment, and hiring events
Assist Internship Manager with sourcing, screening, offer letters, paperwork, events, and various ad hoc tasks / projects
Competitive and market research as needed

You’ll Need to Have:
Bachelor’s Degree
1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Exceptional in Microsoft Word, Excel (vlookups, pivot tables), and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, superb organizational skills, strong presentation skills, outstanding attention to detail, strong follow up skills
Exposure to applicant tracking systems and multiple forms of social media preferred
Ability to work in the NYC office 3-4 days a week
