Job Summary/Basic Function: The Office of Facilities Management is seeking a Facilities Operations Coordinator. This position reports directly to the Facilities Director.
Update room and workstation number assignments/ Space tagging, Space change plans and execution, Signage, and Occupancy Reports.
Administration
Remedy work orders, signage, and furniture.
Quality control inspections, and furniture inventory coordination.
Assist the Business Manager with financial management and help desk services of the department as needed.
Coordinate data and workflow in the DEAM system
Move Coordination
Coordinate with movers and IT staff to accomplish both academic and residential moves, including residential move-ins and move-outs.
Utilize Facilities Management Systems (DEAM) and (Star Rez) to document and coordinate.
Process and maintain employee relocation requests, and manage an employee database.
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in Facilities Management or Business Management or the equivalent in training, education, and experience.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong time management, customer service, and organizational skills.
Must have the ability to work on multiple projects, simultaneously, with attention to detail.
1-2 years of experience working with AutoCAD.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in AutoCAD.
Experience working with Facilities Management Systems and/or Software.
Experience and knowledge of space planning and building codes.
Salary Range:
$39.56 - $43.96
