Job Description
- Support Equipment Category Manager to procure fitness equipment via our purchasing guidelines.
- Prepare new club opening template and gather all equipment requests from business partners, including Spa, Group Fitness and Pilates. Support Category Manager on all new club equipment opening requirements to ensure timely delivery and installation with vendor and construction based on site conditions and insurance requirements.
- Partner with Equipment Programming and Innovation Director on annual refresh orders
- Update order template with current pricing, vendor skus and product availability.Validate with Category Manager all field requests before file is submitted for Finance approval and order can be placed.
- Assist in preparing quote requests, review for accuracy and obtain approval to place orders for all new clubs, refresh and daily order requests.
- Responsible for reporting issues and delays to the team, as well as mitigate challenges that would delay project progress, interfere with business operations and/or incur unnecessary costs.
- Communicate changes in project timing to Manager to ensure accurate project and club planning.
- Assist with equipment installation schedules and associated tasks in the process and or as assigned.
- Ensure deliveries are tracked, updated, and completed.
- Satisfies all our fitness equipment procurement and delivery needs based on a predetermined schedule of equipment refreshes, new initiatives, renovations, new club openings, as well as our annual January delivery program.
- Partners with the Fitness Equipment Repair Manager to manage invoices in Service Channel ticket system against vendor statements as work orders are completed and closed.
- Support Facilities/Procurement in sourcing new/alternative products and services for portfolio such as tile, freight and equipment installation, equipment parts, etc.
- Support Procurement with internal and external stakeholders as well as vendors and clubs. Prompt response and action to all daily requests where needed such as corporate office orders, club supply orders, product research and delivery inquiries where applicable.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Manage multiple projects at one time.
- Fast paced environment with ever changing business needs and deadlines.
- Time management skills - ability to prioritize and invest in time appropriately.
- Team player who understands the importance of the role as a key support function to the operating team
- Ability and desire to roll up their sleeves and be hands on in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure with known constraints.
- Possess excellent organization skills with the ability to manage many details and competing priorities in an accurate and timely manner.
- Client service focused and able to build strong relationships with vendors, club managers, internal stakeholders, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain preferred
Pay Transparency: Min $70K - Max $75K
