We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative for a Santa Ana based company.

Pay - $19-23 p/hr. based on experience

Looking for experience with the following:
-Customer Service experience - experience with service company a plus
-Familiar with NetSuite/Oracle or similar CRM- input and retrieve customer data
-Good on the phone and by email
-Process Orders
-Resolve production, shipping or invoice problems
-Prepare invoices
-Be able to read and interpret procedure manuals, software manuals and work instructions to review with customers
-MO Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals, work instructions, software manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Essential Functions:
-First point of contact between the company and a customer, either from a financial standpoint or product standpoint.
-Processes orders for merchandise by mail, telephone, fax, email or customer or company employee through Pre and Post sales.
-Pre-Sales: Analysis of customer inquiries to determine appropriate product literature and pricing schedules, influencing production and shipping schedules; recommending price changes based on company/customer relationship; recognizing new business opportunities.
-Post-sales: Resolving production scheduling, shipping or invoicing problems; determining validity of warranty claims and scheduling repair resources; changing production and shipping schedules; and recognizing add-on business opportunities.
-Edits orders received for pricing. Informs customer of unit prices, shipping date, anticipated delays and any additional information needed by customer. Prints shipment documents and forwards to the Customer Service manager for review. Records or files copy of order received.
-Follows-up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates. May compute price, discount, sales representative's commission, and shipping charges
-Prepares invoices and shipping documents such as export papers, commercial invoices.
-Checks shipping orders to ensure they are accurate with regards to quantity shipped. Specifies if special labeling is required for shipment and in some instances supplies to the shipping department.
-Receives and checks customer complaints. Consult with production, shipping, warehouse or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace missing or delayed shipment.
-Compile statistics and prepare various reports for management. Make sure quotes are processed through the quoting process in a timely manner. Maintain customer name and address database. Responsible for sending new pricing, with the correct multiplier, to all customers.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
