Job Posting: Bilingual Spanish Client Services Specialist

Location: Glendale, CA

Pay: $18/hr, Temp to Hire

Key Requirements:

• Spanish Proficiency Required
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Positive, Can-Do Attitude

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact in the reception area for clients and visitors
• Perform general reception duties including maintaining the waiting area and therapeutic spaces
• Assign and track all incoming client referrals and transfers
• Maintain accurate client information in the system
• Run weekly reports, scan, and file documents as needed
• Attend weekly referral meetings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Pay rate range, depending on experience: $18-$22/hr
