Responsibilities:

Stimulate interest and enhance learner understanding through appropriateanecdotes, stories, analogies and humor. Use activities that allow learners toreview and apply content at appropriate intervals.
Apply Adult Learning strategies and Siemens Learning and Adoption bestpractices to address the needs of customers user communities.
Actively participate in and contributes to the global "Learning"Community of Practice and contributes to the definition, development andcuration of the Siemens Learning and Adoption best practices.
MinimumQualifications:
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
- Bachelor’s Degree is required for this position
- 5-10 years of experience in design, development anddelivery of training, and blended-learning solutions
- Must currently reside in the PST time zone, this is a firmrequirement to apply for this position (Cupertino, CA strong preference)
- Experience using NX is required

The total cash compensation range for this position is$89,200 to $178,400 with 7.5% of this being comprised of an annual incentivetarget. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’swork location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills,experience, and relevant education/training.
